MP462A is a monitor unit with a speaker, headphone, a VU meter.
It is most suitable for the monitor uses such as emergency broadcasting system, line monitor, the DAW monitor.

“Monitor”
A speaker is cut and is replaced by headphone when it places headphone while it monitors it with a speaker of MP462A.
The VU meter indicates an input signal regardless of a monitor level.

“Input-output”
The input and output connectors has been directly connected to, and the input signal is just output.
The circuit of the monitor section does not affect it for high impedance.

“Variable output”
It has had the variable output which linked a monitor level of the front panel other than the through output.
It can use this output for cases to use an external speaker.
It can link the cut switch by the setting of the internal switch.

“VU meter”
The standard reference level is +4dBu, but is changeable to a level of the others with an option.
(at the time of an order)
The meter source can also choose input signal or the variable output with an internal switch.
It has been set in the input signal side at the time of the shipment.
