AF108 is AES/EBU cough interface of the 24 bits word length.
It can easily use in combination it with studio interface AF201 system and can add communication system to the digital console which does not have external control.

“Input and output”
The input and output of AF108 supports in AES/EBU digital audio of the 24 bits word length.
Additionally, there is not the external synchronization, but works in sync with an input signal.
The AES/EBU input and output connects with digital output microphone preamplifier and the digital insertion of the console and uses it.

“ENABLE”
ON/OFF makes an AES/EBU signal by a cough signal input into AF124 connecter.
The input and output is the through state in the state of OFF and can use ENABLE as forced ON.

“Connection”
When it uses in combination AF108 and studio interface AF201 and announcement unit AF124, it connects AF124 connecter of AF201 and AF124 connecter of AF108 and connects AF124 to AF124 connecter of AF108.

“FS, emphasis”
The sampling frequency supports to 44.1kHz and 48kHz and outputs it in through without handling it about a channel status, the emphasis by the control only for levels.

“Others”
As related equipment of AF108, there are AF224, AF124, AF106, AF201A, AF2201, CIF800, AF125 and AF129.
