The SL578184 series is an LED VU meter module of the 40mm width.
Height is 150mm, and SL578184 can indicate a name in the lower meter.
SL674184 can indicate a name at 160mm in height in the upper meter.
SL674S can indicate REC of the tape recorder, READY tarry at 170mm in height in the upper meter.

“12-point display”
It uses LED of the 12-point for every meter module, and visibility from left and right betters extremely.
It indicates it in green from -20dB to 0dB and indicates it with red further.

“Peak hold”
For levels more than 0dB, it can make a peak level hold.
It is set in factory for approximately 1 second in a hold time, but can make a variable in a trim in the PCB from 0.2 seconds to 2 seconds.
As for the peak hold, hold off and reset are possible by an external switch.

“Others”
It can adjust the brightness of the LED in a trim in the PCB.
Additionally, the audio input can support in balance or unbalance.
